Nylon (nylon): At present, there are many yoga clothing fabrics on the market. Nylon has outstanding performance in both abrasion resistance and elasticity, which is just in line with the usage scenarios required by yoga clothing. In order to make yoga clothing have more excellent elasticity, manufacturers will spin 5% to 10% spandex when producing yoga clothing.
Polyester fiber (polyester): there are still some yoga clothes on the market made of polyester or polyester spandex. although polyester has good strength and abrasion resistance, the air permeability of yoga clothes made of this fabric is particularly limited, which may not be suitable for yoga in hot summer, but the corresponding price of polyester yoga clothes will be lower than nylon.
Cotton: cotton fabric has a good moisture permeability, soft and comfortable after wearing will not have a sense of restraint. However, the performance in terms of abrasion resistance is not as good as that of chemical fiber fabrics such as nylon. After long-term wear or washing, shrinkage or wrinkling will occur more or less. The price of pure cotton yoga clothing is higher than that of the other two.
