Zhang Wenxian, member of the Standing Committee of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, Chen Youai, member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, Pan Ziliang, deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal People's Congress, Wu Liting, vice chairman of the Jinjiang CPPCC, and Sun Weiteng, a fourth-level investigator of the Quanzhou Youth League Municipal Committee participated in the event.

Leaders of relevant units directly under Jinjiang City, secretaries of Youth League (industrial) committees of towns, streets and economic development zones, representatives of grass-roots youth chambers of Commerce and members of the Seventh Management (Supervision) Council of Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce attended the scene.
Entrusted by Zhang Wenxian, member of the Standing Committee of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, Chen Youai, member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, delivered a speech on stage:

Relay inheritance of the fine tradition and excellent character of the older generation of Jinjiang entrepreneurs, showing the responsibility of Jinjiang's young merchants. The third is to drink water without forgetting the source, fulfill social responsibilities, and repay the hometown; leave love and responsibility to the hot land of the hometown, and strive to be an example of giving back to the society and gratefully."
At the second meeting of the Seventh Management (Supervision) of the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce, all participants listened carefully to General Secretary Xi Jinping's New Year's message.
