Classification of blended chemical fiber fabrics

1. Wool viscose blending:

The purpose of blending is to reduce the cost of woolen fabrics without reducing the style of woolen fabrics due to the mixing of viscose fibers. The mixing of viscose fiber will make the fabric's strength, wear resistance, especially wrinkle resistance, bulkiness and other properties significantly worse. Therefore, the viscose content of combed wool fabric should not exceed 30%, and the viscose fiber content of carded wool fabric should not exceed 50%.

2, sheep and rabbit hair spinning:

The wool blended fabric of sheep and rabbit is a kind of product which is developed quickly. Blending not only improves the spinnability of rabbit hair, but also improves the style of the fabric and increases the variety of colors. T/R fabric is polyester-viscose blended fabric. Polyester-viscose blend is a kind of highly complementary blend. When the polyester is not less than 50%, this blended fabric can maintain the fastness, wrinkle resistance, dimensional stability, washable and wearable characteristics of polyester.

The mixture of viscose fiber improves the air permeability of the fabric, improves the anti-melting hole, and reduces the pilling and antistatic phenomenon of the fabric. Polyester/viscose blending ratio is usually 65/35 or 67/33. Polyester/rich blends are the same as polyester/viscose. This type of blended fabric is characterized by smooth, bright colors, strong sense of wool, good elasticity, good moisture absorption, but poor non-ironing.

4. High density NC cloth:

High density NC cloth is a kind of fabric which is blended or interwoven with nylon (nylon) and cotton yarn. Its warp and weft density is large, and it generally adopts plain weave. The product combines the advantages of nylon and cotton yarn. The abrasion resistance of nylon is the first of natural fiber and chemical fiber. The moisture absorption of nylon is good, and its wearing comfort and dyeing performance is better than that of polyester.

Therefore, the blending or interweaving of nylon and cotton yarn will not reduce the moisture absorption and wearing comfort of cotton yarn, nylon is lighter, while cotton yarn is heavier, and the interweaving or blending of the two can reduce the weight of the fabric; the elasticity of nylon is very good, and after blending or interweaving with cotton yarn, the elasticity of the fabric is improved;

The disadvantage of NC fabric is: because nylon is involved in interweaving or blending, the heat resistance and light resistance of the fabric are poor. During use, pay attention to washing and ironing to meet the conditions to avoid damage. Its most significant style features: not easy to wear, soft and comfortable, easy to clean. Do not expose to the sun, do not wring dry.

5.3M waterproof mousse cloth:

The fabric adopts the latest modern technology-"new synthetic fiber", that is, high-density fabric made of superfine fiber as raw material, which feels soft, smooth and delicate. 6. Tencel (TENCEL) fabric:

Tencel is prepared by solvent spinning technology based on ammonium oxide, which is completely different from the previous preparation method of viscose fiber. 7. Roux:

8. TNC fabric:
