　　Zhang Wenxian, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Quanzhou Municipal Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee; Chen You’ai, Member of the Standing Committee of the CPC Jinjiang Municipal Committee and Head of the Organization Department; Pan Ziliang, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal People’s Congress; Wu Liting, Vice Chairwoman of the Jinjiang Municipal Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference; and Sun Weiteng, a fourth-level researcher at the Quanzhou Municipal Communist Youth League Committee, attended the event.

　　Ke Jintang, President of the 4th and 5th Boards of Directors of the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce; Li Zixing, President of the 6th Board of Directors; and Wang Junqing, President of the 7th Board of Directors, attended the conference.

　　Leaders from the relevant municipal departments of Jinjiang City, secretaries of the Communist Youth League (CYL) committees in all towns, subdistricts, and economic development zones, representatives of grassroots youth chambers of commerce, and members of the 7th Council of Directors and Supervisors of the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce were present at the event.

　　On behalf of Zhang Wenxian, Member of the Standing Committee of the Quanzhou Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee, Chen You’ai, Member of the Standing Committee of the Jinjiang Municipal Party Committee and Minister of the Organization Department, took to the podium to deliver a speech:

　　Since the换届 of the 7th Board of Directors and Supervisory Board of the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce, under the guidance of the “Jinjiang Experience” and the strong leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce has remained true to its original aspiration of “Jinjiang Youth Entrepreneurs: A Commitment to the City,” vigorously advancing all its initiatives. As a result, it has earned widespread recognition from all sectors of society and contributed a powerful youthful force to Jinjiang’s efforts to become a leading city in the private economy.

　　Here, I would like to express three hopes: First, keep pace with the times, uphold our ideals and convictions, and join the Party in pioneering new endeavors; bear in mind the nation’s overarching interests, and shoulder the responsibilities of our era. Second, carry forward the spirit of the Jin merchants, safeguard the cultural roots of our city, and continue the Jinjiang spirit; pass on the fine traditions and admirable character of the older generation of Jinjiang entrepreneurs, and demonstrate the sense of responsibility and commitment of young business leaders from Jinjiang. Third, never forget our origins as we benefit from what we have received; fulfill our social responsibilities and give back to our hometown; leave our compassion and sense of duty to our beloved land, and strive to be role models who contribute to society and bring blessings to our community.

　　At the second session of the seventh council (supervisory board) of the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce, all attendees listened attentively to General Secretary Xi Jinping’s New Year message.

　　At the event, a video reviewing the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce’s activities for 2023 was screened, followed by the launch ceremony of the “Urban Stewards” initiative, the appointment ceremony for Jinjiang Youth Investment Ambassadors, the plaque‑handing ceremony for the “Caring Hut for Sanitation Workers,” the appointment ceremony for corporate anti‑fraud lecturers under the “Anti‑Fraud into Enterprises: Youth Chamber in Action” program, and the official launch of the Jinjiang Youth Chamber of Commerce’s mini‑program. In addition, the 2023 “Qingcong Award” was presented.
